Carpet Cleaning Companies in Brattleboro, VT

Before you hire

• Check the license. Look the company up on your state or city licensing board and confirm the license is active for this kind of work.
• Ask for proof of insurance. Liability coverage, and workers’ compensation if a crew will be on site.
• Get it in writing. A written estimate should list the scope, materials, labor, permits, cleanup and how changes are priced.
• Compare more than one quote. Two or three written quotes for the same scope make it easier to spot gaps.
• Ask who does the work. Find out whether the company’s own staff or a subcontractor will be on the job.
• Confirm the warranty. Ask what parts and labor are covered, for how long, and get it in writing.
