Using ProFindr

ProFindr helps people discover local service businesses and related service information. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with the site, submit misleading information, or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use.

Business profiles

Business owners are responsible for keeping profile information accurate, including business name, contact details, service areas, hours, photos, licenses, insurance, and any other statements shown on the profile.

ProFindr may edit, reject, suspend, or remove profile content that appears inaccurate, deceptive, unsafe, illegal, spammy, or inconsistent with the service.

ProFindr Verified subscriptions

ProFindr Verified is a paid monthly profile product. A Verified subscription provides profile publishing and management features described at signup. Paid features stay active while the subscription is active and payment is current.

You can cancel a Verified subscription according to the cancellation options available in your account or by contacting support. After cancellation or failed payment, paid profile benefits may end after the current billing period or when the account is no longer in good standing.

No lead guarantee

ProFindr does not guarantee any specific number of calls, leads, clicks, customers, rankings, revenue, or business results. Search visibility can vary by market, category, user query, and product changes.

Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. ProFindr does not store full card numbers. You authorize recurring charges for the plan selected at checkout until the subscription is canceled.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProFindr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities.
